One thing I hate to hear from people is that they have only one vote, so why even bother? Let me tell you why you need to bother. Because if you do not vote and stay apathetic you end up with the kind of people in power that we have now and have the potential of seeing as President and Vice President of the United states of America. If you do not vote, as far as I am concerned, you have no right to complain about your leaders. Focusing your life solely on making a buck shows a certain poverty of ambition. It asks too little of yourself. So just a quick note to bring everyones attention to the fact that the stock market is still diving. Does not surprise me. And of course, congress says it is now because there needs to be action on the bill faster. No, there should be NO action. I am still visibly shaken over the fact that so many of our elected representatives felt it necessary to go against the Constitution of the United States by passing this massive bailout. I heard Tom Coburn's speech on the floor before the vote. I felt relieved that at least some members of congress had the Constitution in mind.
