A Happy Fathers Day

Yesterday was fathers day and what a great day. It started by getting breakfast in bed from my wonderful wife and five of my six kids. One son was with his grandparents in Prescott. I was showered with gifts, including Bass Pro Shop gear. A hat, watch gift card, shirt. All great gifts. My daughter got me an engraved frame with our picture in it as well as other pictures we had taken together to swap out on occassion. It was really sweet and nice that she came up with the idea all on her own. Well, was able to take a nap after church and then grandma and grandpa brought Justin home and we were able to visit with them.

We then watched the NBA finals and unfortunately the Lakers won. Hopefully the Celtics will come back and kill them in Boston.

My Mom Amy took me and the wife to Dinner Saturday in honor of fathers day and it was a pleasant time. We went to my favorite resteraunt, The Texas Roadhouse.

Nice to see your blog! I am glad you had a nice Father's Day. Rach and the kids treated me like a king too - it was quite enjoyable.

I look forward to reading more of your posts.
